Apart from boiler service company, we also having a good contact with biomass supplier in west Malaysia.  Palm kernel shell and shredded EFB fibre used to be a waste for most of the crude palm oil factory, but with latest technology and application, both has trun from useless to useful.  Most of the biomass owner already signed a long term supplying contract with the suppliers however during low harvest season, we still encounter factories are going out hunting for biomass products.
